Nate Howard is the founder of a nonprofit entitled Movement Be, where he encourages youth to tell their story before they do. They tackle this feat by introducing students to poetry in order to help them identify with themselves and others. Starting on Friday, May 13th 2016 you will be able to do this on the Movement Be App. This official launch will happen at the Apple store in the Fashion Valley Mall. thChrch's very own Gianna Wright aka DamnGianna helped in designing the app, so this is very much a celebration for all of us.

"Movement BE is a mobile app that empowers people around the world to tell their stories before others do. It's a platform where anyone can share their stories through creative expression."

Stories are posted via geolocation so you can write and read stories related to the community you're in. You never know what powerful stories are around you. But you are not limited to just those stories. Find out what movements are happening around the world, and join in on those conversations to help make a difference."
After the launch of the app the Movement BE team will be having a launch party at the Jacob's center on May 15th

"We are launching in our hometown of San Diego (Southeast San Diego to BE exact). Join us for the very BEginning of a global movement to tells stories from around the world!"
